Meet the Author

Pearly was born in Mumbai, India, and immigrated to Canada in 2002.

A proud Indo-Canadian, she writes YA, Adult, and Middle-Grade fiction.

Growing up in a land steeped in myth, legends, and folklore, about Gods who walk among men, her vibrant South-Asian heritage always fascinated her.

Pearly currently lives (Ontario) Canada with her husband, two kids, and their mischievous bichoon named Mizu. Her job at the library keeps her surrounded by muses who continually inspire her.
